Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for your interest in Hallmark RV pop-ups. We have been proud to offer the most innovative and highest quality pop-ups on the market for 48 years. Engineered into every four season hallmark pop-up are all the amenities of the larger tow be-hinds and fifth-wheels. Hallmark pop-ups are designed to be low profile, light weight, and convenient. Our newest models are constructed of pre-formed composite fiberglass for the ultimate in RV performance. We do not use dealers and have been factory direct for all of our 48 years. Eliminating the middle man allows us to bring you a superior product at a competitive price. Hallmark does offer out of state incentives for customer pick-up and can look into shipping if this is something that interests you.

Hallmark manufactures it's line of RV pop-up campers using advanced composite construction methods. Key to our process is our investment in new production moulds for each of the wall sections and close tolerance hand lamination of the sandwich structure. We have chosen hand lamination rather than a chop-gun process to better control laminate thickness and glass/resin ratios yielding a free standing structure that is light weight, strong, reliable, and attractive. Full sandwich structure walls avoid risk of de-lamination such as found in glue-lam or vacuum pressed assembly methods.

The gel-coated composite wall panels are structurally robust and are constructed of a fiberglass sandwich with a structural end grain balsa core employing the same techniques used to construct many high-end yachts. End grain balsa is a renewable resource that imparts impressive strength and stiffness to the sandwich panel. The end grain configuration of balsa provides high resistance to crushing, and is very difficult to tear apart. End grain balsa cored panels also have the ability to handle excessive dynamic loads with high resistance to fatigue and are used in products like military aircraft, high speed trains, and luxury yachts.

Weights, hallmark advertises a true completed weight, be cautious of weight gimmicks and sales pitches. There are many games that the RV industry can play with weights. "Weight without options", is the most common thing you will encounter in your research. What this statement really means is that the product has been weighed before completion. At hallmark, you will see both finished and unfinished weights. This will give you a more accurate assessment of what you are truly putting on your truck. Pop-ups with basements, extended bunks, and hard sides add much more mass to the camper. Campers with these features are physically larger and contain more parts and raw material. How is it possible for a larger camper with more parts and mass to be lighter? It isn't! We have weighed all of our competition and have found one thing to be true. Pop-ups that are the same size (9.5' foot vs. 9.5' foot) with the same options, will weigh approximately the same no matter what frame they use or who builds them.

What should you as a consumer look for in a pop-up camper? As the old saying goes, you usually get what you pay for. At Hallmark you are paying for state of the art construction, innovation, customer service, standard features, and history. These are five important considerations that you should always take into account when purchasing any camper.

1. Construction is the most important consideration in your purchase. Small construction details, like the use of automotive UV rated clear plastic in the construction of the windows on the soft wall. Standard use of high density R-5 insulation, instead of bead board insulation, LED tail lights instead of standard bulb tail lights. Vacuum formed plastic overhead cabinets instead of wood. Little details such as these add up to make a safer, smarter, and longer lasting hallmark product.

2. Innovation is also a simple thing to look for in the RV industry. Wood or aluminum frame campers have been a choice of consumers for over 20 years now. There are only three slide in camper manufacturers in the industry that have gone the distance in true composite construction and hallmark is proud to be one of them. The three reasons composite manufacturing is so rare is the time, cost, and ability it takes to make composite moulds for a vehicle. The simple truth is the time, cost, and ability to make a true composite pop-up is out of reach for most pop-up manufacturers. We are proud to offer this innovative form of construction and are confident in its superiority to standard vacuum press technology.

3. Customer service is another important consideration in your purchase. How are you treated by the company in your research? Does the company promptly respond to you? Ask for a list of two to three consumers you can contact to find out more about a company's product and service. These types of things are usually good indicators of quality customer service. At hallmark, you will always receive first rate customer service.

4. Are the campers standard features included in the camper price? Does the camper you are considering come with most of the standard features or do you have to add them in? Company's that sell stripped down units and then have you add in most of the features are usually hiding total weight and price. At hallmark, you will notice that the batteries, LP bottle, tie downs, stereo, jacks, and much more are standard equipment. This gives the consumer a realistic price and an accurate weight.

5. Finally, look at the products history. Does the company you are considering have a history? This is important because you want a company that has survived the test of time and will be around when you need the company most. A company's history is also important because you can usually see what the company has accomplished and where it is most likely headed. An industry leading company like hallmark knows that construction, innovation, customer service, standard features, and history make a superior camper.

Why choose a hallmark pop-up camper? Hallmark has been around since the "1950's" and has 3 generations of family tradition and pride working alongside dedicated employees with over 150 years of combined experience bringing you legendary quality, customer service, and innovative construction. Do you expect to get 10 to 20 years from your pop-up or will you settle for 4 to 8 years. Would you prefer to deal directly with the manufacture or is it OK to go through a dealer. When you compare hallmark with the other pop-up brands and add all the options you want and the cost to load the camper on your truck, a hallmark is simply a better choice for your investment. This is because our prices include our innovative structure, the most standard options available, and the cost of loading out the camper on your truck. Bottom line, hallmark is the best pop-up you can buy, and I invite you to come see for yourself. We invite you out for a factory tour Monday through Friday 8:00 to 5:00 and Saturday 8:00 to 3:00. We will also be available by appointment.

Thanks again and we will strive to earn your business,

Sincerely,

Hallmark MFG. Team
